We only work by appointment. Every working day between 8.00 and 12.00 hours You can call the assistant for an appointment.
For an appointment we book 10 minutes. The assistant will ask you for your complaint. She is trained to do so to best assess the nature and urgency of your complaint (s), or to give results and advice. The assistant (like the GP) is obliged to deal with your information confidentially.
If you have more complaints or questions, or if you do not think you have sufficient 10 minutes please report this when making the appointment. We can then reserve a double time for you.
